**Catering Assistant – Event Support Role** We are looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented Catering Assistant to join our event team. This role involves helping with food setup, light preparation, plating, presentation, and ensuring the catering area runs smoothly throughout the event. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist with arranging and presenting food and beverage items attractively * Help maintain cleanliness and organization of catering and serving areas * Plate and portion food with care, ensuring everything looks polished * Refill food and drink stations as needed during the event * Support in light prep tasks (cutting, sorting, assembling platters, etc.) * Assist in cleanup and breakdown post\-event * Work closely with the Event Manager and kitchen support team to maintain flow **Requirements:** * Experience in food service, catering, or kitchen support preferred * Strong attention to presentation and hygiene * Comfortable working in fast\-paced, social environments * Flexible, proactive, and able to follow instructions well * Punctual and professional appearance Job Types: Part\-time, Contract Contract length: 2 days Pay: $7,500\.00 \- $8,500\.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 18/11/2025
