Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Buyer to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of technical products and services, supporting supply chain management. Key Highlights: 1. Identify and evaluate suppliers of technical products and services. 2. Negotiate favorable contracts and commercial terms with suppliers. 3. Collaborate with departments to anticipate the company’s technical needs. We are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Buyer to join our team at MIG SA! As a Technical Buyer, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers of technical products and services to meet our company’s needs. Your experience and expertise in this field will be essential to effectively support our supply chain management and optimize costs. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of technical products and services. - Negotiate favorable contracts and commercial terms with suppliers. - Issue purchase orders for materials, services, and subcontracts as required. - Collaborate with other departments to understand and anticipate the company’s technical needs. - Maintain records of supplier files, purchase orders, and received quotations. - Select and maintain supplier records, promoting their development and retention. Requirements: - Proven experience working as a Technical Buyer in construction or maintenance companies, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (mandatory). - Completed Technical Secondary Education (mandatory). - Residency in CABA or the southern zone. - Ability to evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and other technical criteria. - Negotiation skills and ability to establish strong relationships with suppliers. - Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed decisions.
