Main Duties and Responsibilities: Field Supervision: Lead personnel in excavation, grading, compaction, paving (asphalt/concrete), stormwater networks, and structures. Planning: Organize crew, equipment, and materials according to daily/weekly schedules. Safety and Environment: Comply with and enforce safety regulations (PPE) and environmental measures. Technical Control: Verify proper execution in accordance with technical specifications. Reporting: Maintain effective communication with the Contract Manager regarding progress, productivity, incidents, and staff attendance. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in road infrastructure projects, earthworks, and asphalt. Education: Technical secondary education (construction, MMO) or equivalent demonstrable experience. Knowledge: Blueprint interpretation, heavy machinery operation, road technical regulations. Skills: Leadership, decision-making, organizational ability, interpersonal skills, and communication. -> Must reside in the province of Córdoba or surrounding areas. MANDATORY.
