Technical review of critical tasks prior to their completion. Quality control and early detection of deviations. Tracking of physical progress and operational coordination. Trade union coordination. Consolidated daily report to Management by end-of-day. Daily presence on construction sites (not an office-based position). Management of certifications and price re-determinations. · Preferred Qualifications: Leadership, accountability, and sound technical judgment.
