We are targeting candidates with experience in coordinating technical teams, operational management of multiple branches, and direct customer interaction. Main Responsibilities: ° Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance services. ° Supervise and support the management of supervisors, analysts, and technicians. ° Ensure compliance with schedules, SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards. ° Manage operational emergencies and incidents. ° Validate technical budgets and monitor management reports. ° Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure proper service delivery. Requirements: ° Technical or university degree in Engineering, Architecture, Maintenance, or related fields. ° Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar positions. ° Experience leading technical teams. ° Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, work order management, performance indicators, and internal audits. ° Proficiency in IT tools and management platforms. Preferred Qualifications: ° Leadership ability. ° Organization and planning skills. ° Autonomy and decision-making capability. ° Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
