Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to manage social media accounts, create content, monitor trends, and coordinate campaigns with marketing and audiovisual teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Visual and audiovisual content creation and post-production. 2. End-to-end social media management and community engagement. 3. Trend identification and marketing campaign coordination. We are currently looking for a Community Manager to join our team! · YOUR CHALLENGES - Copywriting and format selection (Reels, photos, Stories, carousels). - Social media content creation. - Post-production of visual and audiovisual assets. - Social media management: calendar planning, scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and optimization. - Social media moderation: responding to messages and comments, managing conversations, and strengthening community relationships. - Identifying content opportunities based on trends and our community's actual behavior. - Monitoring the digital environment and emerging trends. - Event organization: courses and openings. - Coordination with the Audiovisual and Marketing teams to execute campaigns. · YOUR CHALLENGES - Constant changes in algorithms and platforms. - Creating creative, relevant, and engaging content that stands out in an oversaturated environment. - Analyzing metrics to demonstrate the value of your work and adjust strategies accordingly. · Important: On-site work required in San Luis Province.
