Continuous training A prominent construction company is hiring a Civil Works Manager / Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to lead and manage civil works projects in Rosario and surrounding areas. We seek a candidate with strong leadership, organizational capability, and hands-on experience in construction execution, focused on achieving objectives, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality. Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and supervise the comprehensive execution of civil works projects. - Lead on-site operational teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance. - Monitor project progress, schedules, costs, and construction quality. - Manage materials, machinery, suppliers, and subcontractors. - Supervise earthworks and pavement activities. - Prepare progress and monitoring reports for management. - Identify and resolve operational deviations or unforeseen issues. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Mandatory Requirements - Civil Engineer or Architect. - Minimum 3 years’ experience as Civil Works Manager, Site Supervisor, or Site Engineer. - Experience in civil works, earthworks, and pavements. - Advanced Excel proficiency. - AutoCAD proficiency. - Valid driver’s license. - Residence in Rosario or surrounding areas.
