Job Summary: A leading Road Construction and Environmental Engineering company is seeking a Semi-Senior Buyer to manage procurement, contract services, and evaluate suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent Road Construction and Environmental Engineering company located in the southern region is currently seeking a SEMI-SENIOR BUYER to join its team. Main Responsibilities: - Procurement of machinery and tools, spare parts and accessories for road construction equipment and machinery, industrial hardware, wear parts, fuels and lubricants. - Contracting of services, workshops and maintenance, among others. - Sourcing, developing and evaluating suppliers. - Preparing periodic reports for submission to management and senior leadership. - Productive and non-productive procurement for construction projects. - Monitoring project budgets. - Analyzing quotations, preparing comparative analyses, and issuing purchase orders/contracts. Requirements: - Technical secondary education in electromechanics, Master Builder, or a university degree in related engineering fields (e.g., construction, civil, mechanical, etc.). - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in similar positions; preferably within construction, energy, and/or oil & gas industries. - Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (mandatory) and management systems. - Strong negotiation skills are essential.
