Position Summary: We are seeking a Draftsperson/BIM Modeler with procurement and materials management skills, for technical documentation, quantity take-off, budgeting, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generation of technical project documentation in CAD and BIM environments. 2. Preparation of construction drawings, technical details, and architectural details. 3. Management of deliveries and tracking of supplies. POSITION: DRAFTSPERSON / BIM MODELER With procurement and materials management skills Work Mode: 100% On-site · Full Time Work Location: Villa Urquiza, CABA PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Documentation: - Generation of technical project documentation in CAD and BIM environments. - Preparation of construction drawings, technical details, and architectural details. - Production of architectural and installation drawings. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES Quantity Take-off & Budgeting: - Quantity surveying and preparation of construction budgets. - Requesting and managing supplier quotations. - Preparing comparative analyses of quality, price, and delivery timelines. Procurement & Logistics: - Procurement of materials for ongoing construction projects. - Management of deliveries and tracking of supplies. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS What We Are Looking For: - Proven experience in CAD and BIM documentation. - Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and construction processes. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Initiative, proactivity, and ability to independently resolve problems. - Strong teamwork orientation. - Commitment to excellence and quality in work. Experience with management systems—particularly SAP Business One (SAP B1)—will be highly valued. TARGET ACADEMIC PROFILE We are targeting graduates of technical high schools (MMO), advanced students or graduates in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural and construction documentation.
