Procurement and Logistics Assistant (Commercial Architecture)
We are seeking a dynamic Architect to join our Procurement team. Your role will be pivotal in transforming our clients’ designs into tangible realities, providing direct support to the Procurement Manager in executing and controlling supplies for retail spaces, exhibition booths, and offices.
What will be your mission?
Assist in the operational management of the procurement and logistics department, ensuring that materials and safety documentation (ART/Insurance) are available on time and in full for each installation. Coordinate the inflow and outflow of materials from our warehouse and optimize their usage to enhance company performance.
Your key responsibilities:
• Procurement Support: Perform metric calculations, request quotations, and conduct cost comparisons for submission to the Procurement Manager.
• Documentation Management (Inflows): Fully manage insurance policies, ART certificates, and other required documents enabling our staff and suppliers to access trade fair venues, shopping malls, and construction sites.
• Logistics and Warehouse Control: Coordinate material flow among suppliers, our warehouse, and installation sites. Maintain and improve the studio’s proprietary materials.
• Reporting and Tracking: Keep price lists and purchase order statuses up to date; report deviations or unforeseen issues to the department head.
Profile Requirements:
• Education: Architect or final-year Architecture student (capable of reading and interpreting detailed drawings).
• Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles within commercial architecture, construction, or events.
• Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Illustrator.
• Skills: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving under logistical pressure.
