We are looking for an Architect for Technical Office and Site Visits, with solid experience in civil works budgeting and participation in tenders, to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Search, analysis, and receipt of public and private tenders. Requesting and analyzing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Quantification and budgeting of civil and architectural works, in accordance with predefined spreadsheets and criteria. Comprehensive preparation of tender submissions, including technical and administrative documentation. Technical supervision of architectural projects, conducting site visits and monitoring progress. Coordination with various internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure proper project execution. Required Profile: Graduated Architect or soon to graduate. Proven experience in civil works budgeting and tenders. Technical knowledge and ability to supervise architectural projects. Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.
