We are looking for an Architect / Engineer / Aluminum Project Designer to join our team at TEKNUM. Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive technical support for the development of aluminum carpentry projects, ensuring their correct execution in workshop and on-site. - Prepare technical drawings, resolve construction details, and coordinate with Procurement, Workshop and Site departments. - Manage detail engineering, material orders, manufacturing orders and resource optimization. - Monitor project progress and participate in coordination meetings with all involved departments. - Analyze industrial costs by phase and assist in progress certification. Requirements - Licensed Construction Manager, Architecture or Engineering student or graduate. - Minimum 2 years of experience in aluminum carpentry shops or similar projects. - Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite. - Knowledge of aluminum carpentry systems, curtain wall and frame systems. - Analytical ability, initiative and flexibility to adapt to different projects. - Experience in high-rise residential buildings or premium residential developments will be valued.
