Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and execute projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate all phases of the construction project 2. Responsible for the successful delivery of the project 3. Focus on strategic management of interior design construction projects At CONTRACT WORKPLACES, we are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager in Buenos Aires, Argentina. What would be your focus? - Plan, direct, and execute the construction project, coordinating various stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, site, logistics, specifications, and executive documentation, etc.). - You will be responsible for delivering the project according to the defined timeline, scope, budget, and quality. What do we expect from you? You hold a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience leading/managing interior design construction projects for offices and/or retail spaces. You possess a valid professional license in the Province of Buenos Aires and/or Buenos Aires City (or willingness to obtain one).
