Requirements: * Minimum of **4 years of experience in Purchasing**, preferably in companies engaged in **construction, civil works, engineering, or related fields**. * Knowledge of purchasing materials, supplies, tools, and contracting services. * Experience in supplier negotiation, budget analysis, and quotation management. * Handling of purchase orders, delivery tracking, and documentation control. * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel and management systems). * Strong organizational, planning, and results-oriented skills. Main Responsibilities: * Manage procurement processes for materials and services related to construction projects and other initiatives. * Request and analyze quotations. * Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers. * Monitor orders and delivery deadlines. * Develop and evaluate strategic suppliers. * Optimize costs while maintaining required quality standards.
