Job Summary: We are seeking a lawyer with experience in litigation and legal auditing to provide advisory services, conduct case analysis, and draft complaints, claims, and defenses in specific cases, with a focus on Civil and Commercial Procedural Law. Applicants must hold a law degree and have no less than 15 years of experience in litigation and/or legal auditing. The role involves providing advisory services, conducting case analysis, and drafting complaints, claims, and defenses in specific cases. Additionally, early identification and handling of foreseeable potential issues or claimable rights. Preference is given to candidates specializing in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law – damages and losses – Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and Administrative Litigation, or other related fields. All specializations require willingness and ability to collaborate in teams and/or engage in professional interconsultation prior to handling special cases. Working hours: sufficient to interact with the Organization, understand its objectives and operational methods; comprehend the issues raised; and present proposed strategies, actions, and defenses (Part-time type commitment).
