We seek an IT Technical Support professional eager to learn and transform their career. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and/or on-site technical support to users. Manage and resolve incidents and requests via the ticketing system. Diagnose and resolve hardware- and software-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment (PCs, laptops, printers). Provide support for email tools, Office 365, and corporate applications. Assist with connectivity, networking, and VPN. Escalate incidents when required and follow up until resolution. Collaborate on preventive maintenance tasks and technical documentation. Work Modality and Schedule: On-site at client office (CABA) Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Requirements: 2 years of experience in this role Residence in CABA or surrounding areas Completed secondary education (mandatory) What can you expect from us?
