




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Team Lead to lead the acquisition strategy for mobility and delivery services, building a high-performing team through coaching and data analysis. We are looking for a Sales Team Lead for our key client, dedicated to providing mobility and delivery services via a technology platform. The primary objective of this position is: To transform the acquisition strategy into measurable results by developing a high-performing team through continuous coaching, data analysis, and inspiring field leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Territory Strategy Development: Design, implement, and monitor the tactical acquisition plan for the assigned area. Identify new opportunities, optimize routes, and allocate resources efficiently. - Team Coaching and Development: Implement a continuous coaching plan, conducting field accompaniments focused on skill development—not supervision. Lead feedback and training sessions. - Performance Analysis and Decision-Making: Analyze team KPIs to identify trends, anticipate risks, and make strategic decisions.
