Job Summary: We are seeking Shift Supervisors to lead operational teams and ensure service consolidation by coordinating and supervising cleaning staff to accomplish tasks and meet quality standards. We seek to hire Shift Supervisors who will lead operational teams and support the service consolidation process. About the Position: The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the cleaning staff assigned to a facility, ensuring task completion, adherence to schedules, and compliance with quality standards. Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM The workday is 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday, plus an additional 8 hours to be completed during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday, to be coordinated according to the operational schedule). Responsibilities: Supervision and coordination of the cleaning team. Organization and assignment of daily tasks. Monitoring of schedule adherence and performance. Reporting of operational updates. Effective communication with general coordination. Resolution of routine service issues. Team mentoring and leadership. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience managing personnel (mandatory). Registered under the Monotributo tax regime or willing to register (mandatory). Proficiency in Excel and other computer tools (mandatory). Personal transportation (mandatory).
