Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced inventory auditor to analyze ERP data, identify stock inconsistencies, and develop control dashboards.

We are currently recruiting for a . position at a major company.
This role reports to the Commercial Administration Department and is responsible for conducting physical inventory audits, analyzing ERP data, and identifying deviations or inconsistencies in stock processes.
Work Mode: On-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical inventory audits at the Distribution Center and branch locations.
Perform stock counts and reconcile them with ERP system data.
Identify deviations, inconsistencies, or potential data manipulation in inventory records.
Analyze operational processes and detect vulnerabilities in both physical and systemic workflows.
Prepare root-cause diagnostics for stock discrepancies.
Develop control dashboards and indicators (KPIs) for inventory monitoring.
Prepare audit and control reports for Management.
Interact with operational teams to gather critical information while maintaining independence and objectivity in analysis.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and internal control standards.
Required Profile
Proven experience in inventory auditing or management control.
Experience in high-turnover sectors (retail, logistics, or similar industries).
Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory).
ERP system experience for data analysis.
Experience in operational data analysis and indicator development.
Ability to conduct physical inventory counts and systemic reconciliations.

Position Conditions
Work Mode: 100% on-site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs
Work Location: Based at Head Office, with audits conducted at branches and the Distribution Center
Position outside collective bargaining agreement due to the control and audit nature of the role
