Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Procurement Analyst to manage the entire procurement process, evaluate suppliers, and control budgets. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end procurement process management. 2. Experience in procurement of supplies and inventory control. 3. Advanced PC and office software proficiency. Responsibilities: - End-to-end procurement process management. - Supplier evaluation and development. - Comparative budget analysis. - Delivery schedule control and purchase order compliance. - Performance indicator analysis for the department. Requirements: - Secondary school diploma (mandatory) - Minimum verifiable two years of experience in: - Procurement of supplies, inventory control and tracking - Purchase order management, invoice and delivery note entry - Budget control and tracking - Goods receipt and dispatch - Advanced PC, Excel, Word, Outlook, and social media proficiency - Valid driver's license for utility vehicles . -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 40 years Driver's Licenses: A1 ,A2 ,A2.1 ,A2.2 ,A3 ,B1 ,B2 Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: analyst, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
