Position Summary: We are seeking an engineer to lead product launch, modification, and innovation projects within a plastics and metallurgical company. Key Highlights: 1. Design and plan tooling manufacturing Work Location: Southern Greater Buenos Aires (GBA Sur). Regional plastics and metallurgical company. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, your main responsibilities will be: - Lead product launch, modification, and innovation projects, including technological, quality, and cost improvements. - Define and optimize technical specifications of products, raw materials, processes, plant equipment, and facilities. - Design and plan tooling manufacturing and modification, ensuring inventory control, organization, standardization, and 6S compliance. - Calculate and manage direct manufacturing costs and associated databases for products and processes. We are targeting students or graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields, with at least one year of experience in metalworking or plastics industries; preferably with cold forming and/or PVC extrusion processes. Proficiency in CAD tools and 3D modeling software is highly valued. A proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and stakeholder management experience is required.
