




Position Summary: We are seeking a Nutritionist to manage menus, work teams, staff training, and personnel supervision within an industrial food service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages menu adaptation and work team organization. 2. Trains kitchen staff in nutrition and GMP, and supervises personnel. 3. Verifies compliance with quality and safety standards. We are currently looking for a Nutritionist to work part-time in an industrial food service located in the Industrial Corridor. Main responsibilities include: Adapting menus according to medical prescriptions. Organizing work teams, shifts, and days off. Training kitchen staff in nutrition and GMP. Personnel supervision (incidents, overtime, absenteeism) and coordination with HR. Supplier management: Stock control and monthly inventory. Verification of compliance with internal quality, food safety, occupational safety, and nutritional standards. Requirements: University degree in Nutrition or related field (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferably in industrial cafeterias). Resident of Sauce Viejo, Santo Tomé, Santa Fe, or nearby areas.
