We are looking for a person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, and Saturdays, 06:00–14:00, in Nuñez, CABA. Main Responsibilities: Operation and control of services. Startup of services and commissioning of air handling units, chillers, boilers, and office air conditioners. Periodic monitoring of purified water plant parameters and replacement of consumables. Monitoring of the purified water distribution loop operation. Monitoring and tracking chiller and boiler operation during working hours. Coordination and follow-up with external vendors (effluent treatment plant, purified water plant, compressed air, etc.). Operation of main and sectional electrical distribution panels for buildings. Includes UPS and generator set operation. Scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance. Execution of work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and buildings. Reporting and closing of such work orders. Requirements: Technical training in Mechanical and/or Electrical fields. Proven experience in building maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience working in classified areas. Proficiency in GMP, GLP, and ISO regulations. Solid knowledge of reverse osmosis, HVAC systems, boilers, and electricity.
