We are looking for a candidate to join our team as Maintenance Supervisor. Working hours are fully on-site, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The role is responsible for maintenance services across three logistics properties located in the Southern Zone of CABA, overseeing the organization and management of the maintenance department.
Main Responsibilities:
Developing and updating departmental procedures.
Preparing the annual training plan for personnel under supervision.
Responsible for training personnel under supervision.
Developing and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance.
Supervising maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping activities.
Managing and monitoring electrical consumption measurements.
Participating in Maintenance Audits alongside the Operations Manager.
Supervising findings identified by the Maintenance Department.
Supervising Maintenance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Controlling and updating all technical maintenance documentation.
Identifying process improvements.
Preparing supply lists and contracting external services.
Drafting service specifications for assigned responsibilities and obtaining quotations for products and services required by the department.
Participating in meetings and/or activities related to ISO standards and ensuring compliance with the company’s Environmental and Occupational Safety objectives.
Contributing to the reduction of Hazards and Risks and/or Environmental Aspects and Impacts defined in respective Matrices.
Monitoring staff attendance.
Controlling documentation for supervised staff and contractors.
Providing joint support and management with the Project Leader.
Monitoring wastewater treatment plants.
Requirements:
Accredited technical education (Mandatory).
Solid experience performing similar functions within the maintenance area, including team leadership.
Proficiency in computer tools: Microsoft Office suite, Excel, and specialized maintenance and management platforms.
