Job Summary: We are seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant / Founder Advisor to guide startup founders from Latin America and the U.S. on incorporation, tax, compliance, and fundraising. Startup mindset: speed, ownership, judgment, and results orientation. **At Ánima Consultores, we are seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant / Founder Advisor to join Lazo — a company supporting startups from Latin America and the United States in their global expansion.** **This is not a traditional sales role. You will engage with founders who are building companies, raising capital, and making structural decisions for their businesses.** **Your role will be to understand their context, identify needs, and guide them toward the right solution regarding U.S. entity formation, tax, compliance, and fundraising.** **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * **Lead consultative conversations with founders and clients.** * **Understand complex needs and develop appropriate proposals.** * **Explain technical concepts clearly and build trust.** * **Manage inbound opportunities and track pipeline progress.** * **Focus on conversion, revenue, and customer experience.** **We Are Looking For** ------------ * **Proven experience in consultative, advisory, or founder-/client-facing commercial roles.** * **Technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas:** + **U.S. entity formation.** + **U.S. tax, compliance, or tax obligations.** + **Fundraising, round structuring, or legal documentation.** * **Advanced or bilingual English proficiency — essential for interacting with U.S. clients.** * **Senior profile, autonomous, and capable of handling high-level conversations.** * **Startup mindset: speed, ownership, judgment, and results orientation.** **Nice-to-Have** ---------------- * **Background: Ideal candidates have experience at law firms, Big Four firms, U.S. tax advisory firms, or companies within the startup ecosystem.
