HR Manager
A leading multinational packaging company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector
We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join a renowned multinational company that is a leader in the FMCG packaging industry.
We seek professionals with solid experience in comprehensive Human Resources management, capable of supporting business objectives through people development, process improvement, and organizational culture strengthening.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive HR management for the local operation.
- Provide support and advisory services to leaders and managers on people-related matters.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and development processes.
- Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with current labor regulations.
- Oversee personnel administration and associated processes.
- Design and implement initiatives related to workplace climate, organizational culture, and internal communication.
- Develop and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Actively participate in regional Human Resources projects.
- Maintain fluent communication and submit periodic reports to the Regional HR Directorate – Head Office in Colombia.
Requirements
+ Graduates in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in HR leadership positions.
+ Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or multinational companies.
+ Solid knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration.
+ Experience working with regional structures or corporate reporting frameworks.
+ Proficiency in HR metrics and management tools.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.

Employment Conditions
+ Work location: Boedo, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
+ Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
+ Work modality: On-site.
+ Direct reporting line: Regional HR Directorate – Head Office in Colombia.
