Job Summary: We are seeking a Food/Industrial Engineer to lead operational and administrative quality management, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction in a gastronomic company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage quality systems, audits, and supplier control. 2. Lead quality management in a gastronomic company. 3. Ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. For a gastronomic company with dining facilities located in the northern zone of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), we are incorporating: FOOD/INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER. You will assume the position of QUALITY MANAGER, aiming to guarantee the operational and administrative management of quality processes, ensuring compliance with technical regulations and final customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities include: Systems Management: Design, implement, and audit the Quality Management System (QMS). Process Control: Supervise inspection of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products. Nonconformance Management: Analyze failures using quality tools and define corrective actions. Audits: Lead internal audits and represent the company during external audits or customer visits. Supplier Management: Ensure suppliers comply with required standards. Mandatory Requirements: Education: Degree in Food Engineering / Industrial Engineering. Technical Knowledge: ISO / GMP regulations. Personal transportation: As you will need to visit dining facilities across all zones (travel expenses covered). Indicate desired remuneration.
