Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Production Assistant to coordinate staff, supervise maintenance, organize equipment processes, and assist the Director in communication with technical staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and management of temporary staff and technical teams. 2. Supervision of equipment maintenance and optimization of equipment processes. 3. Reference role within the area, with a focus on proactivity and incident resolution. We are looking for a Technical Production Assistant to join our team. Some of your responsibilities will include: -Monitoring and coordinating temporary staff daily, ensuring assigned tasks are properly executed. -Planning and supervising technical equipment maintenance tasks. -Organizing and optimizing equipment intake and dispatch processes, ensuring order, control, and accurate material registration. -Managing stock, delivery notes, and conducting quarterly technical equipment inventory checks. -Assisting the Technical Production Director in coordinating and communicating with various technical staff members. -Acting as the area’s reference point for temporary staff, channeling operational needs and resolving incidents. -Contributing to the improvement of technical and operational processes within the area. Requirements: -Candidates with academic training in technical production, audiovisual, electronics, sound, lighting, or related fields will be preferred, along with prior experience in similar roles, technical team coordination, teamwork, conflict resolution, and a profile emphasizing proactivity and attention to detail. Work Modality: -On-site (with possible variable schedules depending on production). -Availability for events, setups, and performances.
