We seek candidates with strong observational skills, firmness, and a service-oriented mindset. Main Responsibilities Control access for staff, suppliers, and the public by verifying credentials. Conduct preventive patrols and identify potential risks. Respond to emergencies, conflicts, or evacuations following established protocols. Coordinate closely with the monitoring and CCTV department. Prepare incident and occurrence reports. Assist and guide customers regarding inquiries or lost items. Requirements Completed secondary education (mandatory). Training in private security, first aid, or conflict management will be valued. Firm, discreet profile with quick response capability and professional appearance. Availability for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, including weekends and holidays. Residence in Pilar or nearby areas.
