Job Summary: Neverland is seeking a Junior Procurement Analyst to manage general procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize quality, price, and financing terms. Key Highlights: 1. Neverland is currently recruiting two individuals for the position of Junior Procurement Analyst · Job Mission · -Manage the organization’s general procurement activities in accordance with current policies, standards, and procedures, achieving optimal quality, price, and financing terms. · Key Responsibilities · 1. Identify general procurement requirements. 2. Manage procurement and contracting processes in alignment with established policies, standards, and procedures, based on required specifications and aiming to minimize total acquisition cost. 3. Obtain the best prices and financing options while maintaining the required quality of goods and services through supplier negotiation. 4. Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of executed procurements. · Specific Tasks and Actions · 1. Budget required goods and services. 2. Negotiate optimal purchase terms, delivery schedules, and prices. 3. Execute procurement. 4. Prepare purchase orders. 5. Select the appropriate supplier based on internal customer requirements and potential contingencies, and monitor supplier performance. 6. Monitor monthly budget allocated to the department. 7. Propose an inventory optimization plan to the Supply Management Department and audit expected inventory levels. 8. Prepare comparative supplier tables · Academic Qualifications: · -University degree: Graduates in Logistics or Business Administration, or advanced students. · Knowledge · -SAP system (preferred) -Procurement -ERP system: Enterprise Resource Planning. -MRP system: Material Requirements Planning. -Cost Analysis and Management Control · FULL-TIME PRESENCE (near Córdoba city airport). -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree 1 year of experience Age: 22 years or older Keywords: analyst, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras, junior
