Would you like to join Escuela ORT? · We are looking for an Educational Technology Assistant with a focus on Artificial Intelligence to join CREA (Center for Teaching and Learning Resources). Your Role: Collaborate—within interdisciplinary teams—in creating resources, educational materials, and digital learning environments that integrate technology critically, creatively, and pedagogically meaningfully. Support teachers and students in developing learning experiences integrating AI and other emerging technologies—through research, design, and sharing of experiences—promoting their creative and responsible use. Design, implement, and manage innovative educational projects, integrating digital tools with critical insight and pedagogical commitment. Plan and implement teacher training sessions focused on understanding and applying technologies as resources to enrich and transform teaching and learning processes, as well as to improve educational management. We Value: Basic skills related to computational thinking, programming, and data analysis and processing. Knowledge of trends, tools, and digital platforms applicable in education (LMS, authoring and communication tools, Learning Analytics, Extended Reality, Educational UX/UI Design, etc.). Understanding of AI types relevant to education (e.g., LLMs or Large Language Models, generative AI, personalization tools, writing assistants, content generators, automated feedback tools, learning analytics platforms). Experience planning, executing, and monitoring educational resource development projects for digital environments and managing learning in blended learning platforms. Curiosity and ability to research and evaluate new technologies, identifying their potential to enhance teaching-learning processes. Ability to translate educational needs into functional specifications for technical teams to implement, and to communicate technical limitations or possibilities to end users (teachers).
