Position Summary: We are seeking School Accompaniers to support autistic students, promoting their inclusion, autonomy, and holistic development within the educational setting. Key Highlights: 1. Accompany and facilitate the participation of autistic students in activities. 2. Implement individualized support strategies. 3. Collaborative work with teaching staff, school support team, and families. We are currently seeking School Accompaniers to provide support to autistic students in the educational setting, promoting their inclusion, autonomy, and holistic development within the school environment. *Main Responsibilities:* • Accompany the student throughout the school day, facilitating participation in classroom and recreational activities. • Implement support strategies aligned with the student’s individual needs. • Promote communication, socialization, and behavioral/emotional regulation. • Collaborate closely with teaching staff, school support team, and family. • Document progress, challenges, and relevant situations arising during accompaniment. *Requirements:* • Training in related fields: Psychology, Psychopedagogy, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Therapeutic Accompaniment, or related disciplines (currently enrolled or completed). • Prior experience in school accompaniment or working with children and adolescents (preferred). • Knowledge of educational inclusion and/or neurodiversity (valued). • Responsibility, commitment, and interpersonal skills. *We Offer:* • Integration into an interdisciplinary team. • Professional supervision and support. • Opportunities for training and professional development. • Salary according to official salary scale, under monotributo regime. *Work Modality:* In-person (at educational institution – AMBA). *Schedule:* To be coordinated. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Tertiary 1 year of experience Age: between 21 and 60 years Keywords: school, colegio, escuela
