Job Summary: Supervise, coordinate, and monitor security personnel to ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and service quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key communication with clients and management Job Objective Supervise, coordinate, and monitor security personnel assigned to various sites, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, service quality, and company and client guidelines. Main Responsibilities Conduct on-site and/or remote supervision of security guards and shift supervisors. Verify adherence to instructions, protocols, and operational procedures. Monitor attendance, punctuality, uniforms, equipment, and documentation of personnel. Perform periodic inspections of assigned sites. Respond to incidents, emergencies, or operational deviations, submitting appropriate reports. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and operations management. Train and support new personnel during their service adaptation period. Prepare daily reports, updates, incident reports, and performance evaluations. Propose operational and corrective improvements for services under supervision. Requirements Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in private security supervision. Knowledge of current private security regulations. Intermediate proficiency in computer tools (Office, email, reporting, control systems). Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts. Completed tertiary education / completed secondary education. Security-related courses or training (preferred).
