Job Objective Supervise, coordinate and control security personnel assigned to various sites, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, service quality, and company and client guidelines. Main Responsibilities Supervise guards and shift supervisors on-site and/or remotely. Verify compliance with instructions, protocols and operational procedures. Monitor attendance, punctuality, uniforms, equipment and documentation of personnel. Conduct periodic inspections of assigned sites. Respond to incidents, emergencies or operational deviations, submitting appropriate reports. Maintain ongoing communication with clients and operations management. Train and support new personnel during their service adaptation period. Prepare daily reports, updates, incident reports and performance evaluations. Propose operational and corrective improvements for services under supervision. Requirements Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in private security supervision. Knowledge of current private security regulations. Intermediate proficiency in computer tools (Office, email, reporting, control systems). Availability and flexibility for rotating shifts. Completed tertiary or secondary education. Security-related courses or training (preferred).
