Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Training and Development Analyst with a passion for training and people development to strengthen our Human Capital team. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implementation of training and staff development activities. 2. Comprehensive management of the Annual Training Plan. 3. Promotion of the Annual Competency-Based Evaluation. We are looking for a Senior Training and Development Analyst passionate about training and people development, capable of managing continuous improvement processes and committed to institutional quality. What will be your mission? Design, plan, develop, and implement activities related to staff training and development, ensuring alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives. Your main challenges will be: Annual Training Plan (ATP): Develop, plan, execute, and provide comprehensive follow-up of the ATP. Training Management: Coordinate courses and training programs, managing costs, logistics, and vendor relationships. Performance Management: Promote the Annual Competency-Based Evaluation, support leaders, process results, and prepare reports. Climate and Culture: Manage climate-related initiatives (events, commemorations, benefits) and update corporate agreements. Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage virtual classroom enrollments for new hires and conduct exit interviews along with respective turnover reports. Organizational Structure: Analyze and keep job descriptions and organizational charts up to date. What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Human Resources (completed). Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in similar training and development roles. Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and prior experience with Moodle or other Virtual Learning Platforms, as well as HR management systems. Key competencies: Teamwork, customer orientation, effective communication, integrity, and flexibility. Work modality: 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs, at our capital city location.
