Position Summary:
SVELTIA is seeking a Technical Support Operator to repair aesthetic medical equipment, upgrade them, and manage their traceability, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.

We are SVELTIA, a TECHNOLOGY industry leader in aesthetic MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. In this opportunity, we are expanding our team in Córdoba with a Technical Support Operator.
Imagine being part of our team, responsible for:
· Receiving equipment in the area and ensuring its proper storage until repair, and after completion.
· Identifying the reason for service and preparing the corresponding quotation, informing the after-sales advisor for appropriate communication with the customer.
· Performing equipment/accessory repairs according to company-established quality standards and after-sales policies.
· Updating equipment to the latest available version and informing the customer about modifications and maintenance procedures.
· Entering all relevant case information into the management system to maintain up-to-date traceability.
· Receiving and/or dispatching spare parts, obsolete materials, and non-conforming items to and from various company departments.
· Properly packaging equipment, handpieces, and accessories for correct dispatch—either for customer pickup or external shipment.
· Identifying recurring failures or anomalies and reporting them to promote root-cause solutions.
What do we need from you?
· Education: Graduate of a technical school / Technical degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields.
· Knowledge: Radiofrequency. Proficiency in electronic tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, and general tools such as soldering iron and pliers.
· Ability to interpret schematic diagrams.
· PC and CRM proficiency (desirable).
· One year of experience in technical support roles for electronic devices and/or customer service.
· Availability to work full-time in the Los Boulevares area, Córdoba.
· Desirable: Knowledge of aesthetic health technologies (radiofrequency, ultracavitation, electroporation, ultrasound).
