Job Summary:
A professional who manages quality plans, continuous improvement initiatives, complaint handling, and ensures compliance with organizational standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Quality Plan and continuous improvement plans.
2. Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.
3. Promote and ensure compliance with quality and food safety policies.
Manage and monitor the Quality Plan, improvement plans, and action requests, ensuring the effectiveness of implemented actions and achievement of established objectives.
Handle customer complaints and disposition of non-conforming products, coordinating necessary corrective actions to guarantee customer satisfaction and product conformity.
Execute and control calibration, food safety, and quality control programs, proposing improvements in testing, inspections, and processes to ensure compliance with production standards.
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System, contributing to certification compliance, customer requirements, and applicable regulations.
Promote and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), 5S, safety, occupational health, and environmental policies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

Requirements
**Education:** Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or another degree related to food and/or chemistry
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
SAP knowledge is desirable
3 years of experience
Knowledge of ISO 9000, FSSC 22000, and HACCP standards
