Focus on operational efficiency, supplier development, and optimization At Víasano Salud, a rapidly growing healthcare services network, we are looking for a Procurement and Supply Manager to assume a strategic role within the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the end-to-end procurement, supply, logistics, and inventory strategy in an SME operating across multiple locations in AMBA and CABA. This is a high-impact position affecting the company’s structure and growth, with emphasis on operational efficiency, supplier development, and optimization of key processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the end-to-end procurement and supply strategy. Lead procurement processes: planning, negotiation, and contract management. Oversee logistics operations: warehousing, distribution, and inventory management. Develop and strengthen relationships with local and international suppliers. Implement KPIs and performance metrics to ensure efficiency, quality, and service levels. Manage, lead, and motivate procurement, logistics, and inventory teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Operations departments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts while maintaining service quality. Requirements University degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and/or International Trade. Strong knowledge of import and export processes. Proficiency in management tools and ERP systems. Analytical profile, strong planning ability, and excellent negotiation skills. Leadership, autonomy, and strategic vision. Personal transportation (mandatory).
