Problem resolution and coordination for an efficient experience Hospital Privado is currently seeking a Preferred Program Assistant to join its team. Main Responsibilities: Providing personalized attention and accompaniment to preferred patients during their hospital stay. Managing appointments and consultations via WhatsApp and CRM. Post-attention follow-up and loyalty management for preferred patients. Analyzing and identifying opportunities for service improvement for preferred patients. Resolving issues and complaints from preferred patients, ensuring rapid and effective responses. Coordinating with internal departments to guarantee a seamless and efficient experience. Interacting with external departments (brokers, funders, providers) as needed. Administrative management for the care of preferred patients. Tracking management and billing spreadsheets for preferred programs. Collaborating with the commercial team to develop and optimize preferred programs. Implementing retention and loyalty strategies for special patients. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (on-site). Workplace: Hospital Privado Central Requirements: Completed secondary education with transcript. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Advanced Excel proficiency.
