We are currently seeking an HR Recruiter with proven experience in recruitment and selection processes to join a dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities: Posting job advertisements on various portals and professional networks. Sourcing, pre-screening, and interviewing candidates. Preparing reports and tracking recruitment processes. Coordinating with hiring departments and supporting onboarding. Other complementary tasks related to the position. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in personnel selection. University degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. Proficiency in digital tools and job portals. Monotributo tax regime status.
