### **What Are We Looking For?**
We are currently seeking an **Operational Safety Technician**.
### **What Do We Value as a Differentiator?**
* **Education:** Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, with a valid license issued by the Province of Neuquén.
* **Knowledge:** Safety, Environment, and Health (SEH) regulations; risk management; audits; incident investigations; emergency management and drills.
* **Competencies:** Proactivity; results orientation; analytical ability; teamwork; effective communication; commitment to operational safety.
### **What Will Be Your Main Challenges?**
* Ensure compliance with objectives defined in internal and contractor Operational Safety plans.
* Provide technical support to operations in your area of expertise, participating in operational meetings and as required.
* Participate in reviewing and/or developing internal SEH regulations and reviewing alignment of contractor regulations.
* Verify implementation of processes for identification, communication, and control of SEH risks and aspects.
* Monitor progress, detect deviations from plans, and propose improvement actions for process, occupational, and environmental risk controls.
* Conduct SEH function audits.
* Advise and/or participate in emergency management, drills, and follow-up of resulting improvement actions.
* Track incidents, verifying their registration and handling by line management. Participate in investigations when assigned and facilitate implementation of improvement actions and lessons learned.

* **Work Location:** Añelo, Neuquén.
* **Work Mode:** On-site. Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs., including on-call duties.
