Capacity to make appropriate decisions and resolve problems in emergency situations. Flexibility and adaptability to change. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES? Provide patient care and nursing services following institutional protocols. Administer medications and treatments according to medical prescriptions. Perform and document nursing activities (vital signs monitoring, wound dressings, etc.). Collaborate with medical and nursing staff in coordinating patient care. Participate in professional training and continuing education programs. REQUIREMENTS: Hold a Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Valid nursing license issued by the Province of Córdoba, up to date. Availability to work 44 hours per week on rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or night).
