Job Summary: We are seeking Nurses to provide comprehensive assistance and manage patient care through relevant and timely nursing care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive patient care and assistance in medical procedures. 2. Coordination with interdisciplinary teams for patient care. 3. Patient and family education for self-care. Grupo Hospital Privado is currently looking for Nurses. Job Mission: To provide assistance and manage comprehensive patient care through relevant, appropriate, and timely nursing care. Key Responsibilities Include: Adherence to and monitoring of institutional standards, protocols, and quality, patient safety, and infection control measures. Clinical information communication and handover using established tools (ISAER, transfers, referrals, and critical data communication). Direct and comprehensive patient care according to the Nursing Process of Care (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care). Assistance in invasive procedures and performance of basic and specialized nursing care. Monitoring and control of vital signs, and management of devices and supports (oxygen therapy, intravenous access, drains, catheters, tracheostomies, stomas, probes, and nutritional support). Safe administration of medications via all routes, as prescribed by physicians and per current protocols. Complete and timely documentation of interventions and assessments in the clinical record and nursing kardex. Identification of vulnerable patients, nurse-to-patient ratios, and safety indicators. Coordination and interaction with interdisciplinary teams and various departments to ensure comprehensive patient care. Management of interconsultations and coordination of nursing work within the healthcare team. Compliance with biosafety standards and proper use of equipment, materials, supplies, and service resources. Performance of non-clinical tasks according to daily planning and collaboration in material and equipment inventory control. Emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families, respecting customs, beliefs, and religion. Patient and family education for self-care and appropriate use of healthcare resources. Participation in hospital discharge processes, complex discharges, and bed turnover, ensuring unit readiness. Requirements: Nursing Technician or Bachelor’s Degree. Valid provincial license. Full-time availability to work monthly rotating shifts. Willingness to work at any of our locations.
