Main Responsibilities: • Assistance with activities of daily living (hygiene, dressing, feeding, mobility). • Monitoring of vital signs. • Administration of medication as prescribed by a physician. • Monitoring of intake and output. • Prevention of pressure ulcers. • Emotional companionship and support. • Basic documentation of patient progress and reporting to family or healthcare team.
