Neuquén Capital \| On-site \| Full Time Job Description
For a leading real estate developer in Neuquén, we are looking to hire a Services and Infrastructure Engineer to join its Technical Office (PMO).
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the technical feasibility of real estate developments, being responsible for coordinating and managing the necessary infrastructure to guarantee that each project receives essential utility services—electricity, gas, water, and sanitation—on time and as required.
We specifically seek an Electrical Engineer who combines strong technical knowledge with outstanding management capabilities: someone equally comfortable working with engineering drawings, documentation, and technical specifications, as well as interfacing with regulatory agencies, service providers, suppliers, and construction teams.
The challenge requires anticipating issues, managing processes, negotiating, and resolving constraints that could hinder project progress or final approvals. What will be your main challenges?
Comprehensively manage feasibility studies and utility connections for new real estate developments.
Coordinate electrical infrastructure projects associated with buildings and large-scale construction works.
Manage procedures, permits, submissions, and approvals with utility providers and regulatory bodies related to electricity, gas, water, and sanitation.
Conduct technical and administrative follow-up of each file until final resolution.
Analyze technical requirements issued by regulatory bodies and translate them into concrete actions for projects.
Coordinate required documentation, drawings, technical reports, and presentations.
Maintain continuous coordination with the Technical Office, Construction Teams, Designers, External Consultants, Contractors, and Suppliers.
Coordinate and monitor projects executed by external specialists.
Proactively identify infrastructure-related risks and service availability constraints.
Manage deviations and explore alternative technical solutions to maintain project timelines.
Participate in coordination and construction planning meetings.
Track commitments, deadlines, and documentation through to final utility commissioning.
