Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Advisor for an aesthetic center in Recoleta, playing a key role in accompanying patients, addressing their questions, and managing service promotion. We are looking for a **Commercial Advisor** for a prestigious aesthetic center in Recoleta! As a Commercial Advisor, you will be the key person accompanying our patients throughout the treatment proposal process, answering their questions, and maintaining contact throughout the entire journey. You will also be responsible for commercial management and promotion of our services. *Main Responsibilities:* * Advise patients and manage budgets for treatments and surgeries. * Deliver printed budgets and conduct follow-up phone calls. * Register budgets in CGS and CRM. * Facilitate pre-surgery evaluations and requirements, and maintain continuous contact with patients. * Conduct personalized follow-ups to ensure patient motivation and confirmation. * Leverage all sales opportunities across different communication channels. * Manage the surgical schedule and assist at reception when necessary. *Requirements:* * Experience in sales management and a solid background in commercial roles. * Public relations profile with the ability to connect with key stakeholders and maintain an effective network of contacts. * Creativity and passion for detail and aesthetics. * Proficiency in professional management tools (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; CRM). * Experience managing social media. * Commitment to our clinic’s values: honesty, teamwork, support, and discipline. * Location: Recoleta * Fixed salary (pro-rated for 6 or 8 hours) + commissions * Employment contract under labor law * Health insurance agreement Working hours: 6 or 8 hours — to be agreed — Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
