At Medicus, we are currently looking for a Medical Authorization Auditor to join our Medical Audit team.
Purpose of the Position
To provide technical-professional support in the evaluation and auditing of medical services, ensuring appropriate indication, quality of care, and efficient use of resources, in compliance with current regulations and internal organizational policies.
The position will play an active role in analyzing practices, treatments, and health technologies, with a focus on continuous process improvement and supporting internal departments.
Main Responsibilities
Audit requests for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Evaluate services related to disability and high-complexity treatments.
Validate prostheses, implants, and special materials.
Prepare technical reports grounded in clinical and regulatory criteria.
Participate in managing and optimizing departmental processes.
Requirements
Medical degree (mandatory).
Specialization in Neurology, Neurosurgery, or Internal Medicine.
Specialization or postgraduate training in Medical Auditing (mandatory).
Prior experience in Medical Auditing.
Experience in managing clinical and/or administrative processes.
Profile

Work Schedule: Full-time, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
