Position Objective: To provide comprehensive guest service during the night shift, ensuring a comfortable, safe, and high-quality service experience. Main Responsibilities: -Guest reception and assistance during nighttime hours. -Monitoring of facility access and egress. -Resolving inquiries, requests, or unexpected situations. -General supervision of the hotel during nighttime hours. -Coordinating responses to emergencies or operational needs. Requirements: -Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism. -Prior experience in similar positions within hotels (preferred). -Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation. -Responsibility, autonomy, and commitment. -Availability to work night shifts.
