Functions and Responsibilities: - Lead hospitality operations with a focus on service excellence, continuous improvement, and experience consistency. - Align and coordinate teams under a unified culture of guest service, reception, and guest accompaniment. - Identify opportunities for improvement and transform them into concrete, measurable actions. - Ensure order, aesthetics, and space maintenance as integral components of the guest experience. - Develop teams through training, follow-up, and continuous feedback. - Measure customer experience, analyze metrics, and propose improvements. - Proactively and efficiently manage sensitive situations or conflicts with agility, empathy, and professionalism. - Build and sustain an authentic hospitality culture across all touchpoints.
