Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with experience in electricity, mechanics, and plumbing to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks in a dynamic environment. Positive work environment Main Responsibilities Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment Maintenance of large building structures. Operation and maintenance of water pumps and sewer systems. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. Maintenance of electrical installations. Early detection of failures and prevention of breakdowns. Support in general facility repairs. Basic logging of tasks and incidents. Coordinated work with other hotel departments Requirements Technical training in electricity, mechanics, electromechanics, or related fields. Knowledge of: Electrical and mechanical systems. Pumping systems and sewer systems. Plumbing and sanitary installations. Structural maintenance. Predictive maintenance. Experience in geothermal refrigeration systems will be valued. Previous experience in general maintenance (preferably in hotels or large facilities). Position Conditions Rotating shifts (including night shifts). Permanent position.
